Injection Moulding Setter

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated Kunststofftechnologin / Kunststofftechnologe EFZ (Plastic Technologist) in 3-shift operation.

Your tasks

• Operating, setting up and programming the injection moulding machines, the handling and peripheral systems in three-shift operation
• Production startup and release of the series, including quality control accompanying the series
• Cleaning and inspection of the injection moulding systems, the periphery and the surrounding area
• Operation of the drying and conditioning system
• Managing the order data in the ERP
• Updating and checking the order documentation / article folders
• Carrying out shift handovers and creating the shift protocols
• Tool changes according to SMED standards
• Provision, storage and removal of the raw material
• Disposal and separation of waste
• Carrying out quality controls and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Participation in LOS activities
• Support for the assembly, logistics teams as well as tool maintenance

Your profile

• Completed training as Kunststofftechnologin / Kunststofftechnologe EFZ
• Experience in the field of injection moulding and plastic processing
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Readiness to work in 3-shift operation
• High quality awareness and a careful way of working
• Teamwork skills, reliability and flexibility
