For one of our clients active in building engineering and recognized for the quality of its studies and achievements, we are looking for a

Building engineering project manager with specialization in heating, ventilation or sanitation.

If you master design, technical plans and coordination between different trades, this position offers an ideal framework for expressing your expertise.

Responsibilities

Development of technical CVC plans (2D/3D) according to current standards

Design, sizing and optimization of installations (heating, ventilation or sanitation according to specialization)

Creation of hydraulic, aeraulic or sanitary diagrams

Coordination with engineers, project managers and installation teams

Preparation of technical files, tenders, measurements and execution details

Participation in site meetings and adaptation of plans according to progress

Active collaboration with other building disciplines (electricity, architecture, MAJ, etc.)

Technical follow-up until commissioning

Profile

CFC in building engineering

Proven experience in one of the specialties: heating, ventilation or sanitation

Very good skills in CAD/CAM (AutoCAD, Revit, Trimble, Plancal Nova or equivalent)

Ease in sizing and reading technical plans

Analytical mind, rigor, attention to detail and structured work

At ease in coordination and communication with different stakeholders

Autonomy, reliability and sense of responsibility
