For the Niederbipp region, we are looking for you as a Plant Operator in a 4-shift system.

Tasks:

• You control and monitor the production plants and ensure smooth operation
• Water analyses, maintenance and cleaning work are part of your versatile area of responsibility
• You provide active support during repairs, plant changes and process problems
• You actively contribute your ideas for optimizing production processes

What distinguishes you:

• You have completed mechanical or technical training or several years of experience with industrial plants
• Knowledge as a heating plant operator is an advantage or you are willing to complete the corresponding further training
• You have the necessary willingness for work in a rolling 4-shift operation, including weekends and public holidays
• Technical and manual dexterity as well as an independent and reliable way of working characterize you
• Experience with process control systems and good German language skills round off your profile

Our client offers you a versatile task in a modern production environment. You work in a rolling 7-day shift model and benefit from 56 to 80 hours of free time between shift changes depending on the rhythm.
