Project Manager Construction Management

As an architectural firm with around 60 employees in Basel and Zürich, we develop, plan and realize exciting and high-quality construction projects for private and public clients. For our Zürich location, we are looking for you as a Project Manager Construction Management (80-100%) immediately or by agreement. You coordinate and lead interdisciplinary planning and execution teams and achieve the predefined milestones with them in cooperation with the building owner. Responsibly and independently, you manage our diverse construction projects in all SIA phases from the feasibility study to the handover to the client, while adhering to budget, deadlines, and quality. You bring: Education as an architect, construction engineer, construction drafter or a craft-based basic training with corresponding further education, at least 5 years of experience in Switzerland as a project manager, particularly in realization in a comparable position with leadership responsibility, project management skills and integration ability, empathy, assertiveness, communication and organizational strength, team player with high initiative, reliability and accuracy as well as creative and forward-thinking approach, secure handling of common programs for construction administration and cost planning (Messerli), schedule planning MS Project and Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel etc., very good German language skills in word and writing. We work according to VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) principles and apply them in all planning and implementation phases.
