We are looking for one of our Neuchâtel-based clients in the industrial production sector for a

Team Leader Opérations IT FR/EN

who will supervise a team of 7 senior systems engineers in charge of the platforms hosting the company's industrial applications.

You and your team will be responsible for guaranteeing the availability of the IT systems that drive the entire production, ensuring their evolution over time, in compliance with company rules in an environment active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The main applications under your responsibility are the Manufacturing Execution System, equipment maintenance management, production planning and monitoring. You will also ensure the proper functioning of the interfaces between these different systems as well as with the company's ERP.

The position consists of approximately 80% operational technical work and 20% team management. The position is aimed at a person having strong technical skills, with previous experience as a Cloud systems engineer in an industrial production environment and experience in team management.

Your profile

• Engineering degree or Master's in computer science, production management, or a related field, oriented towards industrial technology
• More than 20 years of professional experience in the operational management of an IT center in an industrial production environment, including a minimum of 5 years as a systems engineer
• Experience in managing a small team
• Proven experience in project management (PMI) and Agile methodology. Certifications in these areas are strongly desired
• Experience managing a hybrid environment, with Azure Cloud
• Ready to participate in the on-call service (approximately 1 week per month, remote intervention)
• Excellent command of the French language and good knowledge of technical English
• Swiss nationality, valid work permit, or European Union citizen
