For a Spitex organization, we are looking for a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH for the late shift from 17:00 to 23:00.

The position is ideal for professionals who value a small workload, planable evening shifts, and independent work.

Tasks

• Supporting the team during the evening shift
• Cooperation with the case-responsible nursing specialists
• Individual care and support of the clients
• Recognizing, promoting, and maintaining resources

Requirements

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent
• Independent, responsible, and flexible way of working
• Empathy as well as openness towards people of different origins
• Driver's license category B
