After-Sales Service Automation Technician

Company Description

As part of the reinforcement of our client's after-sales service, we are looking for a motivated and autonomous After-Sales Service Automation Technician to ensure technical support and interventions on our automated installations.

Job Description

-Diagnose and troubleshoot automated systems (electrical, automation, sometimes mechanical)
-Perform corrective and preventive maintenance interventions at client sites
-Carry out commissioning, adjustments, tests and user training

• Beckhoff and Schneider programming

-Provide remote technical support and write intervention reports
-Participate in the continuous improvement of equipment and after-sales service procedures

Profile sought

-CFC in automation, CFC in electronics, or training deemed equivalent
-Proven experience in industrial automation and on-site troubleshooting
-Good knowledge of programmable logic controllers (Siemens, Schneider, etc.)
-Reading of electrical diagrams and mastery of diagnostic tools
-Good autonomy, sense of responsibility, ease with customers
-Fluent French, technical English is an asset (notably for international)
