Welcome, in the middle of the Winterthur Old Town. Directly on the busy Marktgasse, on the ground floor of the historic 3* Boutique-Hotel Krone, lies the oldest inn in the city. Here, our team prepares classic dishes with a modern twist. The ingredients used sometimes even come directly from the weekly market that takes place in front of the hotel. The restaurant is complemented by a lively terrace. A well-coordinated team takes care of the guests and creates special experiences.

Are you our new team member who will support us as a Cook: as of 01 September 2026 or by arrangement? You will work from Tuesday to Saturday at a 100% workload.

Your area of activity:

• Preparation of the mise en place at the assigned station
• Production of dishes at the assigned station (entremetier, gardemanger, saucier etc.)
• Collaboration in caterings, apéros, and special occasions
• Goods receipt and management of the warehouse
• Contributing ideas for menu design
• Ensuring cleanliness and order at the assigned station
• Completion of general tidying and cleaning work
• Implementation of ZFV quality and service standards
• Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and occupational safety guidelines

Your strengths:

• Basic training as a Cook: EFZ
• Experience in dealing with apprentices is an advantage
• Good oral and written German skills
