Tasks

• Deputising for the Head of Education, Culture and Sport in operational and organizational matters
• Member of the Education management team
• Organization, preparation and follow-up of meetings of the Education management team in cooperation with the Department Head and the school managements
• Minute taking
• Conducting business control as well as coordination of decision implementation
• Participation in the management and further development of the Education, Culture and Sport department
• Ensuring administrative and organizational processes in the areas of education and culture
• Organizational and personnel leadership of BKS employees
• Management and collaboration in projects of the Department of Education, Culture and Sport
• Contact person and specialist responsible for the culture area
• Administrative support for the Culture Commission
• Responsibility for reports, applications and political matters within one's own area of responsibility

Expectations

• Completed commercial training
• Completion of higher professional and leadership training
• Several years of experience in public administration and/or the education sector as well as experience in team and project leadership
• Very good communication skills - written and oral
• Experience in minute taking (meetings, hearings)
• Sound IT user knowledge
• Analytical thinking and quality awareness
