To complement our line bus driver team, we are looking for a routine and customer-oriented personality as a Line Bus Driver Team Leader for the Zofingen location as of 1 December 2026. Your tasks Team leadership approx. 20% You act as a leadership and role model person and take on the personnel management of approx. 15 driving service employees You train newly joining line bus drivers You conduct site meetings and accompany and develop the employees reporting to you You inform about instructions and ensure their implementation together with the site management and other team leaders in the operation You take on on-call duties and assignments at the control center Driving service approx. 80% You drive our line buses as a line bus driver in Zofingen and Fahrwangen through traffic with a pleasant driving style You advise our customers competently on tariff and timetable questions and sell tickets You inform our customers in the event of any disruptions Your profile Driver's license Cat.
