Nursing Specialist HF/FH Psychiatry 60 - 100 %

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry, you will care for older people with psychiatric diagnoses in a specialized care facility. In Luzern, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement at a workload of 60 – 100 %. You will accompany residents with complex clinical pictures in everyday life, help shape the care process, and contribute your psychiatric expertise to the professional development of the team.

• Professional care and accompaniment of residents with psychiatric diagnoses
• Professional deployment in complex situations and crisis intervention
• Support of the team in building competencies in the field of gerontopsychiatry
• Close cooperation with nursing experts and interdisciplinary specialists
• Active participation in quality development and knowledge transfer in the nursing team

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Professional experience in psychiatry, gerontopsychiatry, geriatrics, or dementia care
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Interest in conceptual work and interdisciplinary cooperation
