For an established and growing landscaping company in the greater Zug area, we are looking for highly motivated specialists in the field of garden and landscape construction. We are seeking committed personalities at the EFZ level, foreman, or site manager. Your tasks (depending on the function) are: Landscape Gardener EFZ • Execution of new constructions and renovations in landscaping • Creation of paving, planting, and natural stone work • Operation of machines and equipment • Maintenance and upkeep work Landscaping Foreman • Leading construction site teams • Organization and coordination of the construction site • Material procurement • Quality and deadline assurance Landscaping Site Manager • Independent management of projects • Work preparation (AVOR) and quoting • Budget and cost control • Customer care and client contact • Management of employees Your profile: • Completed training as a Landscape Gardener EFZ or comparable • For Foreman/Site Manager: corresponding further education or several years of experience • Independent and reliable way of working • Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility • Physical resilience • Driver's license Cat.
