About the role
Our client, an international company specializing in maritime trading, is looking for a Project Operator to strengthen its team.
You will be responsible for the operational monitoring of purchases and the logistical coordination of international projects. You will work daily with suppliers, clients and partners located in different countries in order to ensure the smooth running of operations, from negotiation to delivery.
Tasks
Manage technical purchases for international projects.
Negotiate purchasing conditions with suppliers.
Organize and monitor import-export operations (maritime, road and air).
Coordinate exchanges between clients, suppliers, freight forwarders and sales teams.
Ensure order monitoring and ensure compliance with deadlines.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.
We are looking for
A first experience in technical purchasing or industrial purchasing.
A good knowledge of import-export operations.
A very good level of French and English (minimum C1).
A very good mastery of Excel.
A proactive, organized person who is comfortable in an international environment.
A strong client orientation and excellent negotiation skills.
