Health Care Assistant (F/M) 80 %

Main missions of the position:

• Perform hygiene and comfort care
• Maintain the resident's environment clean and welcoming
• Accompany the resident in daily life activities
• Work autonomously and responsibly within their field of activity while respecting the limits of their competencies
• Apply the procedures and protocols in force in the establishment
• Electronic documentation of care using CareCoach

We require:

• Croix-Rouge Health Care Assistant certificate
• Strong interest in the elderly
• Ability to work in a team
• French as a mother tongue or practicing it fluently
• Pleasure in taking on varied challenges
• Flexibility in schedules
