Your tasks

• Personnel and technical leadership of around 20 employees including assessments and annual reviews
• Recruitment, induction, promotion, and further development of employees
• Implementation of the sales strategy, ensuring professional market processing
• Presenting new ideas and concepts as well as helping with the development of new products and projects
• Supporting customer advisors with key accounts and important projects
• Processing of complaints and warranty cases
• Ensuring ICT support as well as acting as an interface to external IT partners
• Acting as a member of the management board

Your profile

• Technical basic training in the wood, interior construction, or metal construction industry
• Leadership experience as well as experience in consulting, sales, and project management
• Further training as a specialist in leadership (Führungsfachmann), business administrator HF, technical merchant (Technischer Kaufmann), or technician HF
• Ability to motivate, challenge, and promote employees
• Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting as well as a confident appearance with high negotiation competence
• High sense of quality and responsibility and enthusiasm for personnel management
• Good MS Office and ERP knowledge
• German: stylistically proficient (C2) / French: knowledge is an advantage (B1-2)
