Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Help

Tasks: Support with the Mise en Place Kitchen Hygiene & Cleaning: Professional cleaning and disinfection of work surfaces, kitchen equipment, and production areas during and after service. Order & Warehousing: Assisting with the storage of delivered food items and ensuring structure and cleanliness throughout the entire kitchen and storage area. HACCP Compliance: Consistent adherence to strict 5-star hygiene regulations, waste separation, and personal cleanliness. Requirements Resilience & Team Spirit: High physical endurance for the dynamic daily kitchen routine and the willingness to actively relieve the brigade. Flexibility in Seasonal Operations: Willingness to work flexible hours with split shifts, weekend, and holiday shifts during peak months. Practice & Working Method: Initial kitchen experience is an advantage (career changers welcome); quick comprehension and clean working under time pressure are required. Communication & Hygiene: Good oral communication in German or English as well as a strong awareness of cleanliness and a well-groomed appearance.
