Social Work Specialist HF/FH Start of position:   immediately or by arrangement Location:            Frenkendorf, Rütihus Your tasks: • Resource-oriented and individual assistance and support for patients and residents • Planning and documenting the support of the residents and quality assurance • Cooperation with specialists from referring bodies, authorities, and other VSP offers • Leading structural groups • Aligning work according to our vision "Mental illnesses are part of life" and the goals of the UN-CRPD What characterizes you: • You have a degree in Social Work (HF/FH) • Ideally, you bring additional training and/or practical experience in the addiction field • You are interested in working in a therapeutic milieu • You have experience in supporting people with a mental impairment • Irregular working hours in a 7-day operation do not bother you (no night on-call duty) • A service-oriented mindset, openness, and humor make you a valued team member • You value mindful communication and commitment is important to you • You can remain calm in crisis situations and make independent decisions • You possess a driving license of category B We offer: • Diverse and responsible activities in a dynamic working environment • At least 5 weeks of vacation • A sustainable pension solution with the Stiftung Abendrot • Support for initial and further training • Participation in supervisions Have we aroused your interest?
