Your area of responsibility:

• Management and further development of the controlling processes including reporting, liquidity planning, as well as conducting target-actual comparisons and variance analyses
• Responsibility for the budgeting processes and the preparation of financial reports as a basis for decision-making for the management
• Examination of possible real estate purchases and preparation of decision-relevant documents
• Close cooperation with the accountant based in Zürich, who is responsible for the ongoing accounting of the companies
• Cooperation with the real estate managers throughout Switzerland
• Occasional inspections of individual objects as well as support with projects

What you bring with you:

• Completed further training in the field of finance & accounting as well as practical experience in controlling, in accounting or in fiduciary services
• Very good analytical skills and enjoyment in dealing with numbers
• Structured, independent and precise way of working
• Very good German skills, English skills required, French skills an advantage
• Readiness for occasional travel within Switzerland
• Affinity for the real estate sector
