What awaits you

• Technical and personnel leadership of the joinery with a team of six to eight people
• Responsibility for quality, costs, and punctuality in daily business
• Analysis of capacities as well as recognition and implementation of optimization potential
• Ensuring efficient workflows and sustainable process improvements
• Close cooperation with production, planning, and other departments
• Direct reporting to the Production Manager and active contribution of your own ideas

• Completed training as Schreiner EFZ
• Ideally further training at HF level, for example in business processes
• Experience in employee leadership
• Good understanding of production processes and enjoyment of their continuous improvement
• Organizational skill, decisiveness, and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Good MS-Office skills
