In this key role within the extended management team, you will shape the future of our global procurement organization. Reporting directly to the Group COO, you will work together with your team to further develop procurement as a strategic value driver, strengthen international supplier partnerships, and promote efficiency, innovation, and sustainability throughout the entire supply chain.

Your challenge ##

• Development and implementation of the global procurement, supplier, and sourcing strategy.
• Leadership and further development of the group-wide purchasing organization as well as functional management of the purchasing managers in the subsidiaries.
• Building strategic supplier partnerships and leading demanding contract and price negotiations at an international level.
• Ensuring security of supply, cost optimization, risk management, as well as compliance and sustainability requirements along the supply chain.
• Driving digitalization, standardization, and performance improvement within the procurement processes.

Your profile ##

• You combine strategic strength with implementation and leadership competence and have experience in an international industrial environment.
• University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of successful leadership experience in a senior purchasing function of an industrial company.
• Proven expertise in strategic procurement, supplier management, and international contract negotiations.
• Experience in the further development of organizations, processes, and structures as well as in change management.
• Business fluent German and English skills as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking.
