For our Mobile Care unit, OSAD Soins Mobiles-Les Toises; we are looking for an Assistant in Community Nursing and Health (ASSC) for the Chablais Vaudois and Valaisan region. Role description Provide basic and personalized care to patients while respecting and promoting their autonomy Administer delegated medico-technical care Ensure support services such as household tasks and/or domestic economy Transmit necessary information and observations about patients to the reference nurse and the team for quality care and optimal patient follow-up Establish a relationship of trust, offer support adapted to the psychological needs of patients Working hours in the morning, during the day, in the evening and on weekends Be mobile to intervene in the Chablais Vaudois and Valaisan region: from Villeneuve to Sion Your profile Initial experience in mobile care would be an asset Excellent listening, communication and adaptation skills Sense of responsibility, autonomy and ability to take initiatives, manage unforeseen situations Empathy and discretion Ability to collaborate in a team Mastery of the French language both orally and in writing Required documents Holder of a CFC as ASSC or a diploma deemed equivalent (recognized by the Swiss Red Cross) Be a holder of a driver's license and possess a vehicle CV and cover letter
