To strengthen our service team at the Collina restaurant, we are looking for an 80-100% service employee immediately or by agreement. Your varied tasks • You welcome and take care of our international guests with attention, warmth and professionalism. • You serve dishes and drinks in an expert manner and enthuse our guests with appropriate wine recommendations. • You ensure the daily setup and ensure optimal preparation for service. • You autonomously manage your own service station and guarantee smooth running during service. • You record consumption in the MICROS cash system and carefully check the daily accounts. • You respond professionally to customer feedback and find service-oriented solutions. And you- • you have completed training in hospitality-catering, for example as a specialist in catering CFC. • you have one or more years of professional experience in a comparable function. • you convince with a neat presentation, excellent manners and a strong host mentality. • you communicate confidently and kindly in German; other languages are an asset. • you work reliably, precisely and maintain an overview even in busy situations. • you are flexible, resilient and appreciate working in an experienced and well-coordinated team.
