Job Description Independent loading of the production plant with raw materials (drawing in pallets, pouring in, sucking in granulate, etc.) Production of pre-mixes according to recipe and packaging of the finished compound and palletizing Active collaboration with other production plants as well as the departments of technology, logistics and quality control Reporting to the machine or shift manager in case of deviations from the specifications Participation in regular maintenance and interventions on the production plant (e.g. screen change) Management and maintenance of all necessary documentation Compliance with QM guidelines and safety regulations (e.g. mandatory goggles, PSA) Cleaning and maintenance of production plants Implementation of regulations according to the QS handbook Sought Profile Several years of professional experience in an industrial company Good physical condition for the demands of the activity Secure German language skills in word and writing Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation including Saturday, possibly 4-shift including weekend) Independent, flexible and resilient work style as well as team ability and efficiency Are you interested?
