In addition to our versatile product range, we regularly organize our own in-house trade fairs, specialist days and national as well as international trade fair appearances. To support our marketing department, we are looking for a motivated and organized personality for a 6-month internship in Event Management. Intern Event Management 60% (m/f) Your tasks include: During your internship, you will support our Event Coordinator and the marketing team in the planning, organization and implementation of various events. Collaboration in the conception, planning, organization and implementation of our in-house trade fairs and specialist days in Burgdorf with up to 400 guests Support in the planning and organization of national as well as international trade fair appearances Coordination of suppliers, partners and external service providers Organization and procurement of suitable give-aways as well as event materials Support in internal and external event communication Creation of invitations, schedules, checklists and other event documents Assistance in the management of events on-site as well as during setup and dismantling General support for the Event Coordinator and the marketing team in daily business What you bring with you Interest in event management, marketing and communication Enjoyment of organizing and coordinating Independent, structured and reliable way of working, creativity as well as an eye for detail Very good German skills as well as good English skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Flexibility and enjoyment in actively helping out at events What we offer you A varied internship with exciting and diverse tasks Insights into the planning and implementation of in-house trade fairs, specialist days and national as well as international trade fair appearances The opportunity to take on responsibility and contribute your own ideas A motivated and collegial team, valuable practical experience in event management and marketing Do you want to gain initial professional experience in event management and actively help shape the planning and implementation of events?
