We are looking for a:
Customer Service Collaborator
Your tasks:
Internal Sales:

• Management of customer portfolios
• Preparation of offers and order confirmations
• Correspondence in German/French/English with our customers and suppliers
• Proactively contribute to continuous improvement

Purchasing:

• Management of purchasing of raw materials and consumables, outsourcing of external products and services
• Establishment of raw material certificates
• Updating the base price

Administrative versatility:

• Management of customer contact and debtor databases
• Creation of lists and documents in support of the introduction of a new (D365)
• Reception, telephone switchboard

Your profile:

• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training
• Solid experience in internal sales, ERP experience
• Proficiency in French, German and English
• Dynamic and communicative
• Versatile, methodical, rigorous, having a sense of service
