Senior Business Developer for German-speaking Switzerland

Your tasks: ###

• Ensure business development and the promotion of the company's strategic activities in your language region.
• Actively acquire strategic markets and the target groups defined in the commercial action plan;
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential customers with high business potential;
• Continuously update the commercial database and ensure consistent follow-up;
• Conduct customer appointments to analyze needs and develop suitable service solutions;
• Prepare technical and financial offers in coordination with the regional and/or national management;
• Present offers to potential customers, argue convincingly, negotiate, and conclude subscription contracts;
• Manage the entire sales cycle from the qualification of the potential customer to the signing of the contract (complete acquisition process);
• Transmit all information required for the implementation of services to the operational teams;
• Actively monitor the competition and the markets to identify new business development opportunities.

Your profile: ###

• Higher education in the field of sales, trade, or business development;
• Proven experience in a comparable position in B2B sales, ideally in the service sector;
• Knowledge of the healthcare market and/or in the area of Facility Services is an advantage;
• Distinct ability to persuade, argue, and negotiate;
• Very good listening skills and strong customer orientation;
• Strong organizational and planning talent as well as a high awareness of meeting deadlines;
• Independent way of working, high availability, flexibility, and responsiveness;
• Strong analytical skills, good synthesis skills, and strong solution orientation;
• Swiss German as a native language as well as English skills at a professional level; basic knowledge of French is an advantage;
• Creativity, excellent communication skills, high social competence, as well as a well-groomed and professional appearance.
