Health Care Assistant - EMS L'Orée The Fondation La Rozavère brings together four medico-social establishments (EMS). Its system also includes a Structure de Préparation et d’Attente à l’Hébergement en EMS (SPAH), a Logement Adapté avec Accompagnement (LADA), and a Centre d’Accueil Temporaire (CAT). For our L’Orée site in Crissier, we are looking for a committed and caring health care assistant with experience in psychogeriatrics. This position is for you. Seize this beautiful opportunity! YOUR MISSION Participate in the implementation and development of the resident's support project and in individual and collective animation Assist with psychiatric liaison and report observations Provide hygiene care delegated by the nurse, taking into account the resources and limits of the residents Observe the health status of the resident and transmit the collected information Support residents in activities of daily living while promoting their autonomy, independence, and social ties Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with relatives and families of the residents while respecting your field of competence Maintain care equipment and the resident's environment Participate in an interdisciplinary care approach for residents. YOUR PROFILE You hold a 120-hour Croix-Rouge certificate or an equivalent title You hold an attestation as an accompanying person in advanced age psychiatry (FAP), an asset You master standard IT tools (Carefolio) and master the French language orally and in writing You embody trust, authenticity, and respect You have very good stress management and proven sensitivity to relational aspects You demonstrate dynamism, motivation, and a good capacity for adaptation.
