Polymechaniker/in - CNC manufacturing with DMG MORI machines

Activity

• Independent setting up and operating of modern CNC turning machines from DMG MORI
• Manufacturing of demanding individual parts and small series
• Programming, optimizing and correcting CNC programs
• Setting up tools, clamping devices and measuring devices
• Monitoring the manufacturing process and ensuring the required quality
• Carrying out dimensional inspections and documentation of the test results
• Recognizing and resolving manufacturing problems
• Care and maintenance of the machines and operational equipment

Requirements

• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ or comparable qualification
• Experience in CNC turning
• Good knowledge in setting up and programming CNC turning machines
• Experience with DMG MORI an advantage
• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring devices
