Finance Specialist

Our client, an established foundation in the social and healthcare sector, supports people with disabilities of all age groups at several locations with around 200 dedicated employees. The organization is looking for a Finance & Client Administration Specialist as a deputy to the department management, who takes on both strategic and operational responsibility. In this newly created position, the client combines demanding financial tasks according to Swiss GAAP FER 21 with the administration of client dossiers and offers diverse design possibilities in an appreciative working environment.

Your tasks

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly closings
• Planning and implementation of annual budgeting and liquidity planning
• Ensuring client administration from admission to discharge
• Correspondence with authorities and issuance of requests for cost assumption

Your profile

• Commercial training with further education in finance required
• Several years of professional experience in the healthcare or social sector is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and confident MS Office handling
• Independent, structured way of working with high team orientation required
