What you achieve ## • * You work in an agile team and drive the expansion of our central solutions in the area of quoting or CRM for our field service organization, brokers, partners, and intermediaries • You identify, structure, and prioritize requirements from customers as well as internal stakeholders and develop the corresponding user stories, epics, and concepts • You thus support the Product Owner in essential tasks and, in doing so, particularly form the interface to the sales organization • Through regular testing, you ensure the quality of implementation and promote the anchoring of the transformation in the organization • You find the sweet spot between customer wishes, internal interests, technical feasibility, and innovation • Through sparring and coaching with other team colleagues in an interdisciplinary team, you promote internal knowledge building • You work collaboratively and across teams • Place of work Basel as well as home/flexoffice possible What you bring ## • * Studies or higher education in business administration, business informatics, or informatics • Several years of professional experience in Business Engineering or Business Analysis / Requirements Engineering in an agile environment • Knowledge of the insurance industry as well as with modern web applications is an advantage • You communicate convincingly, show initiative, are solution-oriented, and have an independent and structured way of working • Change processes and learning new skills motivate you and give you joy • You speak fluent German and have good English skills, French skills are an advantage
