These are your tasks

• Part of the HW-team and co-responsible for the assigned property (Wyde in Birr)
• Independent execution of all work
• Monitoring of building function and technology
• Execution of maintenance and repair work
• Care and maintenance of the grounds and green spaces
• Control and planning of cleaning
• Contact person for customers, administration, tenants
• Readiness for unforeseen work (winter service, emergency assignments etc.)

This is what you bring with you

• Trained professional sanitary installer EFZ or professional facility management EFZ with several years of professional experience (focus on sanitary / heating)
• Manual vocational training
• Experience in the areas of building technology and garden
• Resilience, assertiveness and high social competence
• Manual dexterity
• Enjoyment of dealing with people
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• IT skills
