As HR Services Team Lead, you take responsibility for our HR administration and our HR systems. With your team, you ensure that our HR services are efficient, customer-oriented and future-oriented. At the same time, you actively drive the development of our processes, systems and services. Your tasks: • You lead and develop a team of seven employees in the areas of HR administration and HR systems • You guarantee professional, efficient and service-oriented HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle - from entry to exit • You are responsible for the continuous optimization, standardization and digitalization of our HR processes and services • You develop our HR systems landscape with internal stakeholders and ensure that systems and processes integrate perfectly • You lead projects for the modernization and automation of HR services and actively bring in new ideas • You work in close collaboration with HR business partners, payroll, IT as well as our business sectors and are a competent interlocutor for all topics related to HR services • You are responsible as a practical trainer for the training of our commercial apprentice • You encourage the development of your team and create an environment where collaboration, individual responsibility and continuous improvement are lived What you bring: • Several years of experience in HR administration and in-depth knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle • Experience in leading teams or managing cross-functional HR projects • University degree with specialization in human resources, business management or related field or equivalent qualification with corresponding professional experience • Proven experience in the optimization, digitalization or modernization of HR processes • A strong affinity for HR systems as well as the pleasure of designing efficient and future-oriented processes; experience with Workday is an advantage • A structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working combined with a pragmatic and proactive mindset as well as a strategic vision • The pleasure of developing people, accompanying changes and successfully bringing together different stakeholder groups • Very good knowledge of German and English What characterizes you: You consider HR services to be a key success factor for the company.
