Specialist: Quality and Management Support Logistics

Do you want to actively shape quality in a dynamic logistics environment and drive sustainable improvements? In this role, you will analyze processes, develop optimizations, and support managers in the further development of their teams. In doing so, you will take on a central function for quality, cooperation, and knowledge transfer at the Briefzentrum Zürich-Mülligen. With you, we increase the quality of our logistics teams, specifically develop processes further, and create the prerequisites for sustainable success.

Your benefits at the Post.

We offer a fair salary which, depending on experience and skills, ranges between CHF 83’000 to CHF 93’000 per year (100% workload). Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

This is what you can achieve.

• You are responsible for quality assurance, analyze key figures as well as processes, and initiate targeted improvement measures if necessary.
• Together with the team leaders, you promote continuous quality development and accompany changes in operational processes.
• Through your ideas and your commitment, you drive process optimizations forward and work closely with the operations management, the managers, and the quality managers of other shifts.
• You support the managers and the operations management with employee appraisals as well as with the associated documentation.
• You take an active role in the introduction of new employees, the implementation of training and team meetings, as well as in knowledge transfer within the team, and represent the personnel coach if necessary.
