Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the setup, preparation, operation and monitoring of the assigned production plants including error and fault rectification
• Active participation in the professional packaging of Rahmtäfeli
• Preparation of raw materials for production orders
• Quality controls and recording of the verification documents in our ERP system
• Compliance with quality and safety specifications
• Carrying out cleaning work to meet the high hygiene and safety standards
• Instruction of assigned employees

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training (food technologist, baker-confectioner-confiseur or similar or other completed training with several years of experience as a plant operator)
• Good technical understanding and interest in production plants
• Team-oriented, independent and physically resilient personality
• Flexibility and readiness for shift work (early and late shifts)
• Good oral and written German skills
• Good PC user skills are an advantage
