For an elderly and nursing center in Bern, we are looking for an engaged and warm personality as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe), starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Professional and individual care and support of the residents
• Execution of daily basic and treatment care
• Support in daily activities and promotion of independence
• Execution of medical-technical procedures
• Responsibility for careful nursing documentation
• Cooperation with nursing professionals, doctors, relatives, and other specialist agencies
• Assumption of tasks within the framework of the nursing process
• Co-responsibility for a high quality of nursing and care

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Joy in working with elderly people
• Empathy, patience, and respectful interaction
• Responsible and independent way of working
• Teamwork skills and good communication skills
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing are an advantage
• Readiness for early, late, and weekend shifts
