Test Manager (SAP RISE Migration)

• IT - Quality Management • Bern • Contracting • Part-time, 50% • 01.09.2026 - 31.05.2027 • SAP, SAP Hana, Testing, Quality Assurance Your tasks: • Responsibility for the planning, control, and operational implementation of the test strategy as well as the test concept within the framework of a complex SAP transformation to SAP RISE • Ensuring complete test coverage across all functional and non-functional test types • Creation, maintenance, and continuous further development of the test planning for the overall project • Definition and coordination of test scope, test packages, and priorities in close cooperation with agile teams and specialist departments • Tracking and coordination of all test activities across multiple teams and stakeholders • Building and establishing meaningful test reporting on status, risks, defects, and progress based on various tools • Ensuring structured defect and incident management according to defined standards • Planning, coordination, and support of the Business Acceptance Test (BAT) • Moderation of defect boards as well as coordination of priorities, dependencies, and deadlines • Ongoing communication of test progress, risks, acceptance status, and open findings to project management, specialist departments, and other stakeholders • Close cooperation with SAP Basis and integration teams, external partners, security officers, and business stakeholders   Your profile: • Several years of experience in test management of complex SAP transformation or migration projects • Sound knowledge of SAP system landscapes such as ERP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, BO/BI as well as hybrid cloud and legacy environments • Experience in the test management of extensive projects with numerous teams, interfaces, and dependencies • Strong understanding of complex integration and interface landscapes • Experience in the planning, control, and monitoring of various test phases and test types • Confident handling of defect and incident management processes as well as relevant test management tools • Ability to prepare and present complex test results in a comprehensible and management-ready manner • High communication and coordination skills in exchange with specialist departments, IT teams, project management, and external partners • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working • Business fluent German skills mandatory, as well as good English skills
