WHAT YOU CAN MOVE ## As a UiPath Automation Consultant (all genders), you will be part of our Agentic Automation Platform team and work on the design, development, and continuous improvement of modern automation solutions. You combine technical expertise with an understanding of our clients' processes and requirements. • Design & development: You design, develop, and implement modern automation solutions with UiPath and accompany them throughout their lifecycle. • Process analysis: You analyze business processes and identify appropriate automation potentials with clients and the relevant departments. • Automation: You implement robust and maintainable workflows with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator and support their operation and evolution. • Client consulting: You work closely with business analysts, clients, and technical interlocutors and translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Standards: You support the introduction and continuous development of automation standards and best practices. • Project responsibility: Depending on your experience, you will assume increasing responsibility in projects and evolve towards a senior level. • Teamwork: You actively involve yourself in our team and in professional exchanges regarding business automation. HOW YOU SUCCEED ## • Education: You have completed training or a degree in the field of computer science, software engineering, or a comparable discipline. • Professional experience: You have one to several years of experience in developing automation solutions with UiPath. • UiPath knowledge: You operate at least at the Professional Developer level and can develop and implement UiPath solutions independently. • Certification: A UiPath Automation Developer Professional certification or a comparable qualification is an advantage. • Process understanding: You have a good understanding of business processes and can clearly explain technical solutions to business departments and clients. • Working method: You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and autonomous manner and wish to develop professionally and personally. • AI competence: You use AI tools in your field with confidence, evaluate results critically, and help clients and adessi exploit the potentials of AI. • Language skills: You communicate very well in German and English; German is indispensable for our client projects. • Client contact: You enjoy contact with clients and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams. • Availability for travel: You are ready to travel for projects in Switzerland.
