The RSSV brings together home care, curatorship and social services, and two EMS in the Veveyse district. Mission Take charge of the organization and management of a unit. Participate in care activities and be responsible, to the transversal Head Nurse, for the unit's activity and the quality of care provided. Your main responsibilities * Lead the unit in accordance with the mission, guidelines, application of the care and support concept, laws and current conventions * Analyze the unit's activities, define objectives and ensure their application * Assume the management and leadership of the unit's nursing team * Lead continuous improvement and development projects in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team * Communicate with different internal and external stakeholders * Provide care to residents in accordance with recent professional practices and respecting safety, efficiency, comfort and economy * Participate in the evaluation of the quality of care, support and animation services * Supervise stock management and maintenance of the unit's equipment Profile sought * HES nurse diploma or title deemed equivalent (recognized by CRS) * CAS in local management * Several years of professional experience in an institution, in a similar role * Excellent sense of organization and responsibility * Spirit of initiative * Good communication, negotiation and listening skills * Mastery of IT tools * Sense of working in a multidisciplinary team Your advantages * Indefinite term contract * A stimulating environment, constantly evolving * A committed and supportive team * A working environment that values initiatives and new ideas * Salary according to the salary scale of the State of Fribourg personnel * Possibility of continuing education Start date 1st January 2027 or to be agreed Additional information from: Madame Isabelle Buttet, Transversal Head Nurse Tel: Application file to be sent only via the link below, until 31 October 2026.
