To strengthen our training team, we are looking for an expert in Learning Design & Digital Learning for our headquarters in Lausanne. As part of the Campus Vaudoise team, you will take on a key role in the conception, further development, and digitalization of our training and further education offerings. As an internal consultant for HR, managers, and subject matter experts, you will translate business requirements into innovative, impactful, and practical learning experiences.
The following exciting tasks await you:
You advise subject matter experts in the development of their learning and training strategies as well as in the selection of suitable learning formats
You design and implement learning solutions that meet the strategic and professional challenges of Vaudoise
You develop modern blended learning concepts and multimodal learning paths (presence training, virtual classes, e-learning, microlearning) and ensure their technical implementation
You ensure the quality of existing learning content and continuously further develop e-learnings, videos, learning materials, and knowledge checks according to our quality standards
You actively observe new trends in the field of Digital Learning and examine the targeted use of artificial intelligence to optimize learning processes and content production
You measure the success of learning measures using relevant KPIs and derive improvement measures for the continuous further development of our offering
What distinguishes you:
Higher education in the field of Learning Design, education management, Digital Learning, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in the field of Learning Design or Corporate Learning within a company
Very good knowledge of authoring tools (especially Articulate 360, Canva, etc.) as well as learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone)
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into concrete, practical, and effective learning solutions
Great interest in the possibilities of generative AI and its use in the learning and development environment
Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills as well as an understanding of the business partner role
French language skills at level C1 or higher; good German and/or English skills are a great advantage
You are enthusiastic about learning, innovation, and new technologies. You enjoy understanding the challenges of various specialist departments and developing sustainable learning solutions with added value from them. With your curiosity, creativity, and strong focus on the needs of users, you continuously seek new ways to promote competencies and successfully accompany changes in the company.
