Your tasks ##

• Independent management and coordination of construction sites in the field of specialised civil engineering (pile foundations, excavation closures, injections, micropiles, etc.)
• Planning and control of deadlines, costs and quality
• Leadership of foremen and specialist personnel on the construction site
• Contact person for clients, engineers and authorities
• Creation of reports, measurements and invoices
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations

Our requirements ##

• Training as a dipl. Bauführer/in HF or equivalent further education
• Several years of experience in specialised civil engineering is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and independent way of working
• Good communication skills and assertiveness
• Proficient use of MS Office and ideally with construction administration software (e.g. Messerli, SORBA)
• Driver's license category B
