Team Leader domestic management CFC 80-100%

Your tasks

• Planning and coordination of domestic management including the areas of cleaning and textile supply
• Co-responsibility for personnel management and organization within domestic management
• Co-responsibility for field-specific purchases, stock management, and the domestic management budget
• Monthly invoicing of additional services as well as conducting statistics. Implementation of concepts, directives, standards, and processes at the group level
• Planning, execution, and documentation of the quality management system
• Ensuring smooth collaboration with internal and external partners
• Personnel planning as well as conducting training for employees
• Responsible for the professional cleaning of all assigned premises and facilities
• Responsible for textile supply in the areas of work and operational clothing as well as guest linen
• Compliance with hygiene regulations as well as personal hygiene standards according to company instructions
• Active participation in domestic management

Your profile

• Completed training as a specialist in domestic management CFC
• Professional and management experience in a comparable position
• Value-oriented leadership style, stress resistance, and autonomous work
• Taste for varied challenges
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
• Availability for weekend interventions
