At Sonnegg, we accompany young women* aged 14 to 18 with behavioral abnormalities and personality disorders who have a high support need as well as show school absenteeism. Our goal is to accompany the young women* on their way to self-empowerment. We support them in this with a closely interlocking interdisciplinary approach in the areas of living, school, and therapy.

For our three residential groups, we are looking for starting

Night Companion Social Pedagogue HF or Psychiatric Nurse HF (40% - 80%) ##

Your tasks: ###

• Social pedagogical night companionship
• Offering a watchful presence for the young women* of Sonnegg between 21:00 and 7:00
• Relationship design according to KOSS
• Taking over household tasks
• Taking over administrative tasks in delegation of the reference persons

Your profile: ###

• Diploma in Social Pedagogy or Social Work HF/FH
• Professional experience in inpatient youth welfare
• At least 25 years old
• Interest in the "KOSS" methodology and a trauma-sensitive working attitude
• Resilience, humor, gender awareness and interest in lobbying for young women*
