Your challenge ##

• Resource and holiday planning for the large secretariat team incl. ensuring sickness and holiday cover
• Assistance in ensuring smooth consultation and secretariat processes incl. regular checking and optimization of structures
• Quality assurance and control
• Assistance in the planning of OR contingents
• Monthly PEP completion for medical and non-medical staff as a deputy for the Practice Manager
• Support in the personnel and professional leadership of the secretariat team
• Support for the entire recruitment process in the secretariat area in cooperation with Human Resources
• Shared responsibility for conducting regular team meetings
• Cooperation with the Practice Manager and the Chief Physicians in organizational and personnel matters
• Assistance in medical resource planning
• Participation in management meetings of the department
