For the IT department, we are looking for a business informatics specialist with project experience, 100%, immediately or by agreement at the Solothurn location. Your responsibility • You lead complex projects from initiation to completion according to HERMES. • In your function, you define and coordinate change requests and thus actively shape the further development of our applications. • You competently support users with technical and specialist questions. • You secure valuable knowledge by documenting requests, solutions, and processes in a structured and traceable manner. • You support the test managers in coordination, training, and organization during releases and project implementations. Your profile • You have completed training in business informatics (FH or HF), have several years of experience in project management and requirements engineering. • You have a HERMES certification or a comparable degree. • Ideally, you already have experience in a public or regulated environment. • Analytical thinking, conceptual strength, and a structured, independent way of working characterize you. • As a communicative and goal-oriented person, you bring assertiveness and a pronounced sense of responsibility.
