On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Intellectual Property Manager to strengthen a team specialized in the management and protection of intellectual property assets.

Your responsibilities
Ensure the administrative and operational management of trademark and design portfolios.
Perform prior art searches and preliminary analyses.
Monitor filing, renewal, and trademark opposition procedures.
Coordinate exchanges with intellectual property attorneys, industrial property offices, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with deadlines and the updating of dedicated databases.
Participate in the monitoring of design and model protection files.
Your profile
Desired experience in the field of intellectual property, particularly in:
Trademarks (searches, filings, renewals, oppositions);
Designs / drawings and models.
Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and priority management.
Ease in managing complex administrative files.
Professional proficiency in English is indispensable, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of another language is an asset.
Conditions
Temporary mission until 31 December 2026.
