• Organization, coordination and monitoring of construction sites
• Transmission of finalized files to the maintenance department

1. Site management

• Technical supervision of works
• Control of progress, quality and respect of deadlines
• Supervision and coordination of teams on site

1. Resource and purchasing management

• Ordering of necessary materials and equipment
• Launching and analyzing calls for tender for any order
• Cost optimization and respect of budgets

1. Business development and customer relations

• Presentation of FS Blocs solutions to clients and prospects
• Prospecting and development of the customer portfolio
• Preparation of offers, administrative follow-up and invoicing
• Monitoring of debtors

1. Monitoring and professional development

• Technical monitoring of news and developments in the sector
• Mandatory continuous training for the maintenance of certifications
• Active participation in management meetings
