We are an established and successful family business and have been active in the packaging industry for 80 years. Films and paper are part of our daily business. We supply both large consumers as well as small and medium-sized production companies with high-quality solutions in the field of food packaging.

Our core competencies lie in flexographic printing, laminating, as well as roll and bag production. In doing so, we rely on a modern, largely automated machine park and on a dedicated team that works with expertise and passion for our customers.

Quality and product safety form the foundation of our success. As a QM Responsible, you will take on a central role in our company and ensure that our high quality and safety standards are maintained, further developed, and implemented.

Great variety of tasks

• Responsibility for the GFSI standard FSSC 22000 as well as ensuring product safety according to legal requirements, FSSC 22000 and internal standards
• Member and leader of the HACCP team and ensuring hygiene requirements in the operation
• Planning, coordination, and accompaniment of all audits (customers, authorities, certification body etc.)
• Maintenance, further development, and optimization of existing documentation, processes, and regulatory documents
• Planning and implementation of training, internal audits, and instructions in the operation
• Assumption of various administrative tasks around the GFSI standard or regulatory matters
• Close cooperation with the management, operations management, and department heads

What you bring with you

• Networked, logical, and practice-oriented way of thinking
• Solution-oriented way of working and a pronounced quality awareness
• A higher education (university, FH or HF) and knowledge in the flexible packaging industry are an advantage
• Already collected professional experience in a quality management or in a quality team is an advantage
• Knowledge in product safety and the associated legal requirements as well as knowledge in a GFSI standard such as FSSC 22000
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as routine handling of the MS Office applications Word and Excel
