Missions ###

• Lead and supervise production teams on site (5 to 12 employees).
• Organize, coordinate, and plan works to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and set objectives.
• Ensure site supply by ordering the materials and resources necessary for the progress of the works.
• Monitor site activity daily and prepare progress reports.
• Control and validate the working hours of the teams in the field.
• Perform measurements, ensure monitoring of invoicing, and participate in the financial control of operations.
• Prepare quotes and budgetary estimates for the works.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality, and technical directives on all sites.

Profile ###

• ES Technician diploma or equivalent experience in structural engineering site management.
• Successful experience in site management and team supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several operations simultaneously. Autonomous, rigorous person with a strong team spirit.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Baubit.
• Excellent command of French.
