We are looking for you as a team leader for our night watch. Together with your team, you are responsible for our 126 residents during the night in the two houses Brunnenhof and Tanner.

You-

• take on the personnel and professional leadership of the night shift employees
• care for and support our residents individually and in a resource-oriented manner during the night, thereby providing security and orientation
• possess the ability to recognize potential for improvement and actively implement it
• have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF

or Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ

• ideally have experience in a leadership position in long-term care
• appear friendly, respectful and confident and enjoy interacting with elderly people
• have very good German language skills
