Your tasks

• Accompany, support and encourage learners during their training in the fields of horticultural production, horticulture and floristry (PrA, EBA, EFZ)
• Plan, organize and guarantee quality training as well as integration measures
• Accompany employees from IV measures during their professional integration
• Actively participate in daily work in the fields of horticultural production, horticulture and floristry
• Work in close collaboration with the internal specialist management as well as with relatives, doctors, schools and internship companies
• Contribute to the continuous development of internal vocational training and teach professional culture

Your profile

• Completed training in the green sector (gardener or florist) with professional experience
• Additional training as a professional trainer
• Additional training in work agogics or interest in this field
• Joy and interest in training and accompanying people with disabilities
• Sense of organization and talent for collaborating with different groups of interlocutors
• Team-oriented, resilient, reliable and conscientious personality
• Good knowledge of German as well as Microsoft 365 for administrative tasks
